Summary: | Ciujung River is one of the main water sources in Banten. In existing conditions, Ciujung River supplies 11 sub-districts, 8 industries, and 21350 ha of irrigated areas. But at present, the Ciujung River discharge is reduced as specially in water supply for agricultural sector. To overcome this problem the government is building the Karian Dam and planning the Pasir Kopo Dam as a solution to meet water needs in Banten. In addition, there are also plans water supply to areas outside the watershed (Tangerang and Jakarta) through the Karian-Serpong Conveyance System (KSCS) of 11.6 m3/s. With the supply of water to the area outside the watershed, it is necessary to conduct a feasibility study of the allocation of water in the Ciujung River Basin to review the impact of the water supply to the downstream area of Ciujung River after supply to the KSCS. In this study WEAP (Water Evaluation and Planning) was used as a tool for simulating water allocation. In the simulation, the priority of the first water service is for household needs (PDAM) and river maintenance discharge, the second priority is irrigation services, and the third is for industry. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that with the Karian Dam, Pasir Kopo Dam and water supply to KSCS of 11.6 m3 / s were technically feasible, with the reliability of the Karian Dam in supplying water to the KSCS at 81%. The supply of water to the KSCS does not reduce the supply of water to the downstream and even the supply of water to the downstream continues to increase with the presence of the Karian Dam and Pasir Kopo Dam, so as to increase the irrigation sector from 83% to 87% and PDAM from 94% to 100%. The decline in water supply occurred in the industrial sector in the Ciujung River Basin because the industrial sector was in the last priority, resulting water supply is decrease of 10%. This caused economic loss to the industry in the Ciujung River Basin. However, the supply of KSCS 11.6 m3/s remains economically feasible because it has large economic benefits, especially for household needs with a profit value of Rp.958 billion. The results of the economic feasibility analysis with the presence of Karian Dam, KSCS, and Pasir Kopo Dam can generate high economic returns, which amount to an IRR of 26% where the current credit interest rate is 9.75, NPV Rp.6 Trillion, and BCR 3.53 so that the three buildings can improve the overall economy.
