Therefore, it is necessary to find a new antibiotics. Sources of compounds with antimicrobial activity can be found in various living organisms such as endophytic fungi and actinomycetes which can be isolated from brown alga. Brown algae species can be found on Kaliage Kecil Island. This study aims to isolate and test the antimicrobial activity of endophytic fungi and actinomycetes. The study consisted of sampling brown algae, isolation and purification of endophytic fungi and actinomycetes, fermentation and extraction of secondary metabolites, screening of antimicrobial activity, determination of MIC and determination of MBC. Fermentation is carried out by agitation. Extraction is done by liquid-liquid extraction and maceration using ethyl acetate as a solvent. Test microbe was using Escherichia coli ATCC 8739, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, dan Candida albicans ATCC 10231. The results of the experiment obtain 3 isolates of actinomycetes and 11 Isolates of Endophytic fungi Isolates. From the results of MIC testing on E. coli the lowest MIC value was showed ­??????!???±¸ð??±??? ®??íð®í ? ????????ã????????????í± ?±??????»  ?timicrobial testing of ?? ??±????í± ???±??&??????? ??± ? ??í??±¸ ­??±¸ð  ±??? ®??????!? ?¸ ?????!???íð®í ? ??????ã???? The lowest MIC in Candida albicans was obtained from medium extract of FKA 2 and FKA 11 media ?íð®í ? ????????ã ????í± ???±??&????????? ??± on S.aureus ? ???????ã?????íð®í ? ??í??±¸ ­? medium extract FKA 2. The lowest MBC in E. coli ð?????ã???? ??í??±¸ ­??????!?????±¸ð  ±??? ®?? FK A9 mycelium, and FK A11 media. The lowest MFC in C. Albicans was showed by medium extract of FKA 2, FKA 11 and ??®±?ð??±??? ®??????! ??íð®í ? ?????ã????The antimicrobial activity observed in this test indicates that the endophytic microbe of brown algae may be considered as a source of a new drug. text
