the public. The strategy that could be done is involving forum in the community. The Sahabat Coklat
is one of Pasundan Public Health Center program in drug information service to cadres as a liaison
agent between public health center staff and the community using quartet and snake ladder game
as media. This program has been running since 2018 however has never been assessed for
satisfaction and effectiveness. This research was conducted to measure the satisfaction and
effectiveness of the program. This descriptive study was designed cross-sectionally and conducted
concurrently (January - April 2019) to the cadres of the Pasundan Public Health Center who were
present at the time of giving the drug information. Cadre satisfaction with the drug information
service was measured using the SERVQUAL method with a Likert scale while the effectiveness of
education was analyzed by measuring the increase in cadre knowledge after being given drug
information. This research used validated data sources and pretest post test questions which
adjusted to education material. There were 89 respondents with 43 cadres using quartet media and
46 cadres using snake ladder media. Quartet media satisfaction value was 87.39 ± 2.04% and snake
ladder media was 95.32 ± 2.31%, the satisfaction of the two media was statistically significant (p
<0.05). While the effectiveness of the media quartet was 65.12% and the snake ladder media was
82.61%, the effectiveness of the two media is not statistically different (p = 0.168).
