West Bandung Regency, West Bandung Regency, which borders are cities and regions that are growing rapidly, is an area with relatively rapid population development and an increasing number of migrants. which has led to an increase in the number of housing development, marked by an increase in the West Bandung Regency Revenue in the property sector. reaching the expected target. On the other hand, because the majority of the population are Muslims, developers have begun to take notice of Islamic law in the practice of housing development. Particularly in Cihanjuang Village, which is located in North Bandung Region, there is a housing development called Pesona Cihanjuang which was developed by the private sector that belongs to the Sharia property developer community. However, this sharia housing developer has not fully paid attention to the quality of the environment, which is obvious from the housing development they carried out from the incompatibility with the provisions of space utilization. The selection of inappropriate housing locations can have a negative impact on the regions below it and has not fully represent excellence in accessibility variables, facilities, building quality and infrastructure. Even though the physical condition and housing environment have various limitations, the demand for housing is relatively high, marked by relatively fast housing sales. Therefore research on housing preference is still very open, given the understanding of buyer behavior. It is very important for the formulation of housing development strategies, both in terms of policy formulation in the public sector and the formulation of marketing strategies for developers. This study aims to determine consumer preferences in sharia housing and examine its the relevance of property characteristics in West Bandung Regency. Based on the results of the analysis it was reveald that the most influential on consumer preferences are environmental factors and financial factors, it also related to property characteristics that are popularly sought by people in West Bandung Regency from a price factor of 300 to 600 million and an environment where consumers prio ritize looking for areas that are flood-free and close to worship facilities and schools.Llocations that are often sought by consumers is Parongpong where Sharia Cihanjuag Housing is located. text |
