As a center for innovation-based activities and the location of various internationalscale activities, sharing the economy in the city of Bandung is growing. For this reason, it is important to identify shared economic developments and related to the gentrification process. Identification is done by identifying Airbnb listing characteristics, gentrification processes, and Airbnb listing relationships and gentrification processes. The study was conducted with qualitative analysis to describe the spatial development of Airbnb listings and the process of gentrification and quantitative analysis to describe the components that influence the development of Airbnb listings and their relationship to the gentrification process. In the case of Bandung, the development of listing airbnb is common in the north. Spatially, the increase in the number of listings is associated with an increase in the trend of occupancy and attractiveness in the region. Regarding the gentrification process, Bandung City experiences the gentrification in the suburban, and the gentrification doesn't have a relation with the development of listing Airbnb. the developing of listing Airbnb commonly happen in region which have partial gentrification (region which increased in economic index). Spatially, developing of listing airbnb can turn the long-term rental market into a shortterm rental market. text
