Summary:One of the problems that exists in Bandung as one of big cities in Indonesia is traffic congestion. One of the main causes of the traffic congestion is poorly accomodating public transportation for society. Therefore, as an effective transportation solution, mass transportation is deemed necessary as Bandung LRT is currently being developed by the government. In the planning process of the project, there needs to be regional planning integration around the LRT station points correspoding with Transit Oriented Development concept that integrates modes' network with surrounding buildings within the 0-800m radius. However, the compatibility analysis of Bandung LRT Corridor 3 node region with TOD criterias is required beforehand. This research identified criterias and indicators of TOD based on literature analysis and the importance of each element then being valued by experts. The respective result then became the foundation of TOD index scoring for each transit region that is being determined by comparing the ideals with existing conditions for each TOD indicator. The final result of this research is being derived from suitable three out of seven transit nodes' points, backed with explanation of indicators that don't correspond with TOD criterias and strategy recommendations on how to develop those indicators. By acquiring the result, this research aims to be the basic of more advanced feasibility studies of regions and transit region design plans so that they comply with TOD criterias
