Description
Summary:Cooperation is one way of solving problems in the village. Law Number 6 Year 2014 or called Village Law, inter-village cooperation previously arranged by the Activity Management Unit at present PNPM-MPd does not have a legal entity called the transfer function because of deliberations between villages and provide information in the era of PNPM-MPd year 2007 through 2014. This study uses qualitative analysis, ie by conducting interviews with key actors, such as Community Empowerment and Village Bandung District Office, Subdistrict Cooperation Agency, Activity Management Unit, village government, and community as beneficiaries of inter-village cooperation . Collecting is done using case studies for more than that achieved by the UPK after the Village Act. Based on the results obtained from the research, it can be concluded that the cooperation between villages conducted by BKAD directly can be seen from BKAD and BKAD to coordinate each other in their duties. BKAD has a regulative function that takes care of programs that can run consistently and the existing teams under BKAD become development facilitators in the implementation of saving and loan programs. BKAD's finances are not a problem for BKAD's already good management and since 2015 Share surplus on savings and loan finance programs.
