In monitoring condition activity, bearing damage must be detected as early as possible so that a new bearing can be prepared for replacement. Due to this need, an experiment has been conducted to investigate an early damage on a tested bearing. The bearing being tested is a ball bearing and the monitoring had been done using vibration, shock pulse, and temperature. In order to make the bearing damage occurs in short time, the experiment is performed using an accelerated test. This method is done by giving an overload force on the bearing. Based on the experiment, the early damage can be detected because the value of acceleration, velocity, LR/HR, dBm-dBc, and temperature increase. In frequency spectrum, the component of BPFO and its harmonic appeared. This frequency component represent a damage in the outer ring. Based on a visual validation, the damage only accur at outer ring of the bearing. text
