Summary:The Hospice building project is owned by Dharmais Cancer Hospital. The site area is approximately 2500m2 and located in housing sector R4. The Building Coverage Ratio (BCR) is 60%, Floor Area Ratio (FAR) is 2,4, maximum building height is 4 floor, boundary line construction is 6 m, and green open space is 20%. This project is located at Kota Bambu Selatan I street, West Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. Site reside behind the current area of Dharmais Cancer Hospital and can be reach by a couple method of transportation, such as, public transportation (Transjakarta, other buses, and taxis) and private transportation. Site location was choosen carefully so that it was enclosed within housing areas and fulfill the noise requirement. DKI Jakarta is the capital city of Indonesia, center of many activities, making the city very dense and have a high chance of traffic jam. Hospice is a building which offers hospitality, there is a lot of requirement needed for health building like this, it was necessary to provide special treatment to every single one of them. Basic concept that was offered consist of a healing space that can heal people soul, providing patient of liberation, vitalizing, and comfort. The building hoped to be green, effective and efficient.
