to develop an area in terms of economic, cultural, and social life. The procurement of better facilities
such as transportation facilities, infrastructure and accommodation also strongly supports this
phenomenon. Based on Bangka Belitung Province Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2013, on Spatial Plans
and Bangka Belitung Province 2010-2030, the Coastal Area of Rambak in Bangka Regency is one of
tourism object that has the potential of natural beauty as well as established as developed tourism
area. The project was initiated by the Provincial Culture and Tourism Office of Bangka Belitung Islands
as supervisor in cooperation with Adonara Hotel Group as the main investor and manager. The design
project of this resort hotel is located at Rambak Beach, Sungai Liat, Bangka, Indonesia. The resort hotels
at Rambak Beach are designed to accommodate the tourist activities of both hotel guests and hotel
visitors. Buildings with accommodation function in the form of villas only accommodate hotel guests.
In addition to accommodations there are several buildings supporting facilities such as lobby, meeting
room, restaurant, spa, and gym. The total design area of this hotel is about 5628.78 m2. The general
concept of this resort hotel is "Serenity through Senses" which comes based on the value of relax
environment and warm hospitality from the project owner. |
