Summary: | Lithium-ion battery electrolyte is very important to increase the kinetic energy of
the Electron density, speed and stability of batteries. The use of solid electrolyte is
more stable and more secure than the electrolyte liquid organic carbonates, but
based in keberjalannya solid electrolyte consumption have lower ion conductivity
when compared to eletrolit liquid at room temperature. Excess solid electrolyte is
ionnya the better the conductivity along the rising temperature. In this study the
solid electrolyte lithium phosphate-based would be made the object of research
because the votes have a relatively high ion conductivity and relatively low
production costs
Phosphate-based lithium solid electrolyte is a good lithium conductor as well as
sodium ions on the elements of the NASICON. Study on electrolyte in lithium
phosphate which is based LTAP (lithium titanium Aluminum Phosphate). LTAP
synthesized by sol-gel method, which then carried out the process of kalsinasi at
temperatures of 900, 1000,1100 degrees Celsius. After the kalsinasi process is
done the process characterization using x-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning
Electron Microscopy (SEM).
In this study, has managed to do synthesis LTAP with composition
Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3 using methods sol gel. Researcher added Chitosan as a
dispersing agent. Results of the analysis using x-ray Diffraction shows similar
crystal phases of NASICON Li Ti Al 0.3 0.8 1.7 (PO4) 3 have been formed. The
results of SEM showed the addition of solution of Chitosan makes the particle
Submikron appertain in size. Chitosan capable dispersing the particles in more
evenly when the process of making ltap. |
