Al-Ma’soem Islamic Boarding Senior High School is a project that accommodates four main functions, such as academic functions, non-academic functions, administrative functions, and dormitory functions. Al-Ma’soem Islamic Boarding Senior High School is located on Kiara Payung Street, Sindangsari Village, Sumedang. This project has 29.280 m2 land area and a part of development residential area named Bumi Kiara Payung, with ± 60 Ha land area. This project is a collaboration between Al-Ma’soem Educational Foundation and Priwista Raya Company as the owner of Bumi Kiara Payung. Design approach of this project is functional approach. This Project consists of several varies function which main functions are educational function and residential function. This project concept is Optimalization of Interactive Spaces. This concept came from the integration between Al-Ma’soem Educational Foundation’s vision and the client whose owner of Priwista Raya Company. Based on that concept, some positive spaces are formed in the site plan and aim to be interactive spaces. In the site plan, there are building masses that consist of elementary school, junior high school, senior high school, academic administration, canteen, library, multifunction room, dormitory administration, non-academic rooms, male dormitory, and female dormitory. In this final assignment, senior high school, library, multifunction room, male dormitory, and female dormitory will be detailed further.
