Kota Baru Parahyangan is a self-sufficient educational city that was developed in 2002 and located in Padalarang, West Bandung regency. Kota Baru Parahyangan is designed to accommodate all urban facilities and functions, with the aim of forming a new community with a new activity center that does not burden the city of Bandung and its heavily populated surroundings. Therefore, the development of Kota Baru Parahyangan must be able to accommodate complete facilities with functions related to each other. One of the facilities needed in Kota Baru Parahyangan is a lifestyle center that can accommodate the fulfillment of lifestyle and daily needs that are recreational, such as shopping activities, recreational activities, entertainment and culinary activities. Kota Baru Parahyangan waterfront recreation and shopping center is a lifestyle center development project that is needed to meet the needs of Kota Baru Parahyangan residents as well as the needs of the local people. The project is located in Kota Baru Parahyangan town center with an area of 20,300 sqm. The project site is located at the edge of the Saguling Reservoir which provides a strong character for the project that influences the applied approach and design concept. The slope of the land affects the composition and laying of building masses. The building consists of two main masses that are made into one and consists of 3-4 floors. The building mass shape is designed to look like it flows around the lake with a flexible and organic mass. Building area to be designed approximately 23,000 m2.
