DKI Jakarta as the capital of Indonesia with a large population compared to other cities in Indonesia and continues to grow annually. To that end, the development of residential as a basic needs is growing rapidly. This design project is a high-density vertical housing in Fatmawati City Center Superblock, Jakarta. The development was initiated by PT Agung Sedayu Group. Development consists of two stages, the first stage as the scope of this design project. The project designs 3 towers with a total of 600 residential units and facilities with a designated land area of 15,000 m2. Tower apartment consists of 3 types of residential units: 1 bedroom type, 2-bedrooms and 3-bedrooms type. Residential units are designed to create the impression of a landed house with the provision of a spacious balcony to figure "terrace" nuance as found in the landed house. On this balcony then applied the vegetation to present the concept of nature in apartment building. In addition to residential functions, the apartments also consist of secondary and tertiary functions such as recreational facilities, commercial facilities and management and services areas. The apartment has 2 skybridges that stretches across the 15th floor of the residential tower. To maintain the image of the superblock area, the apartment must be designed to adjust the basic concept of the superblock area. Beside residential towers, the scope of design includes the design of the site. Apartment building must be in accordance with the lifestyle of middle and upper class society in urban areas who tend to spend time at work and use the dwelling as a place to rest.The atmosphere created in the design becomes important and should give a sense of healing and refreshing for users.
