Bandung, dubbed the "Paris van Java", has long been known as the city of musik. Many talented young musikians are emerging in Indonesia who come from the city of Bandung. Bandung is the fifth city with the fastest indie musik growth in the world. However, facilities to appreciate the art in the city of Bandung is very minimal, because it is a concert hall can help the people of Bandung in appreciating the arts, especially in Bandung. The Twilite orchestra group as the initiator also supports the construction of a new concert hall, because it can help realize the vision of the initiator of promoting symphonic musik in Indonesia. However, as with the design of buildings in general, there are many restrictions on the project both in terms of the values of the initiators, users, and land. The concert hall is designed using the Urban Park concept, where the designed building can participate to accommodate the musik lovers to together enjoy the classical musik, especially in a region.
