In order to realize the project, there must be a planning method of construction. The planning involves determining effective construction methods, project sheduling, and project estimation
The construction method is planned by dividing the project into several work packages. This packages concsist of preparatory works, passanger airport’s structural works, trains station’s structural works, and drainage system.
Based on project scheduling planning, the total duration of the construction project is 327 days. The calculation of duration is based on two types of work, which are the work with the lead resource of heavy equipment and work with the lead resource of labors. Apart from duration, the critical path such as preparatory works, passanger airport’s structural works, trains station’s structural works must be anticipated to prevent project delays.
For the project cost estimation, it is conducted using analysis of unit prices in accordance with SNI 2008 on Unit Pricing Analysis for Building Construction. The estimated cost of the construction project is Rp 167.573.876.494 which already includes the direct and indirect costs of the project.
