Summary:Urban Escape – Waterfront Lifestyle Center Jakarta with new-looking concept of developing the lakeside a main orientation of sight is built as a unique – different recreational place so that all visitors can satisfy their daily needs as well as enjoy the beautiful sight of the water recreation. Drainage system plan in this project consists of land and rooftop garden drainage system, weir by the side of lake and pool, spillway, and the need of waterpump. These 4 water constructions continuously collaborate to reach the goal of preventing the flood that could happen at anytime since the location is classified as a lowland and it has the same elevation with Kanal Banjir Timur sea level. Land and rooftop drainage system are designed following the actual condition of the topography so that the dimention of drainage cross section will be optimum. Lake – pool weir and spillway are designed to prevent 15-year return period and to be an earthqauke resistant structure. The final goals of this final thesis is that the writer can do fine calculation, designing, water structure dimention defining, weir and spillway reinforcement, and sharpen deciding choices based on fundamental factors. To obtain those goals, literature study and structure design modelling is done referring to some references such as Kriteria Perencanaan Bangunan Air, SNI 02-2406-1991 Perencanaan Drainase Kota, and Hydraulic Structures Fourth Edition.
