This is a phenomena of large proportion of human labor who willing to pursue a job as online motorcycle taxi drivers that, in consequences there has been an emergence of new job transition as online motorcycle taxi drivers with all positive and negative sides of that job. The purpose of this research is to identify psychosocial factors and job satisfaction among online motorcycle taxi drivers and the impact of those psychosocial factors toward job satisfaction in carrying out this profession. Research is conducted with the mix of quantitative and qualitative study through interview. With the application of Descriptive Analysis, psychosocial factor variable used COPSOQ III Questionnaire (Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire) as an instrument, and job satisfaction variable used SHRM Questionnaire (Society for Human Resource Management) version year of 2017. Validity, Reliability, and Correlation test are conducted by using SPSS version 25. The total of 687 online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bandung become respondents in this research. Psychosocial Factors and Job Satisfaction has correlation coefficient value of 0.621 or in the range of strong correlation (between 0.600 – 0.799) with significance value (pvalue) of 0.000 which shows Significant Relationship. Commitment to The Workplace, Job Satisfaction, Quality of Leadership, Recognition, and Organizational Justice are several Psychosocial Factors that highly correlated with Job Satisfaction Levels. Being researched in detail, the author states that there are two matters needed to be found the solutions to in order to increase the psychosocial factor and job satisfaction value of online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bandung, which is “Work Policy and Relationship with Management”, in which Work Policy indicator has not yet been elaborated in COPSOQ III and SHRM Questionnaire. The author proposes improvement action program that the Government and Online Management Transportation like GOJEK and GRAB can do to improve psychosocial condition and job satisfaction of online motorcycle taxi drivers with the title “Throughout End to End Excellent Partner Journey” that has characteristics Understand Needs, Fill in Gap, and Regular Check Up. Besides the Program of Basic Treatment likes Visit to OnlineDrivers’ Communities, Legalize the Laws of Partner Work System and Protection, Support and Implementation Program, Evaluate Program; The Researcher proposes The Several Real Solution Programs such as E-Member Card Discount and Point Reward; Build of Base Camp Center and Management Representative Office; WISE – Weekend Incredible Small Event; Virtual Game Money – The Sims Of Driver’s Life Game; E-Learning Apps (News, Education, and Life Development) and Quiz Point; and Self Drivers Image Ads Campaign. text
