INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/41624 Upper Citarum, Cikeruh and Citarik Sub Basin are the part of Upper Citarum Basin. This Sub Basin supply water demand for domestic, irrigations and industries. But in existing conditions, the water supply is deficit. Based on 2040 Master Plan for Greater Bandung Bulk Water Supply, the prediction of the Bandung Metropolitan area's raw water demand for 2020 is 14,25 m3/s with supply of 9,4 m3/s, that leaves a deficit of 4,85 m3/s (RPSDA WS Citarum,2016). There are several areas that have been identified as having potential as raw water sources, one of them is the Rancaekek Reservoir System that contains Citarik Reservoir, Cikeruh Reservoir, Balekambang Reservoir, and Rancaekek Bunded Reservoir. This study discusses about the effect of Rancaekek Reservoir System Plan on water allocation. The analysis carried out by simulating method before and after the building of Rancaekek Reservoir System in 2025 with several scenarios. This study use DSS WEAP (Water Evaluation and Planning) software. Those scenarios are: Scenario 1 (existing conditions without Reservoirs), Scenario 2 (3 Reservoir: Cikeruh –Citarik –Rancaekek Bunded Reservoir), Scenario 3 (4 Reservoirs: Cikeruh –Citarik –Balekambang –Rancaekek Bunded Reservoir), Scenario 4 (3 Reservoirs on the system: Citarik –Balekambang –Rancaekek Bunded Reservoir, and 1 Reservoir out of the system: Cikeruh Reservoir). This study also discusses about the water supply in 2036 with review of spatial patterns. Based on the results of analysis, Rancaekek Reservoir System in scenario 4 has the significant effect of water supply. Crop Intensity (CI) in Cangkuang Irrigation Region is Increase from 174% to 191%, Depok Irrigation Region from 136% to 140%, Ciyasana Irrigation Region from 138% to 140%. Industrial sector water supply (PT Kahatex) from 0.050 m3 / s (104 days) to 0.054 m3 / s (113 days). The Rancaekek Reservoir System shall provide the raw water supply for MBR in 2025 at Scenario 4 (0,670 m3 / s). In the projection year for 2036, by observing the Spatial Pattern Review, there will be a reduction in the areas of irrigation. The three Irrigartion Region located on the downstream of reservoir are met the water supply (>80%) with the following CI values of Irrigation Region >200%. Coverage of the raw water supply for MBR in 2036 is 0,784 m3/s with a population of 588.173 people. text |
