To guarantee this factor, maintenance effort for each of the equipment is needed. One of the major type of equipment that fulfills these criteria is pressurized vessels. As such, Risk Based Inspection (RBI) must be performed for pressurized equipment so that the maintenance would be on target and be done efficiently. This final project would cover risk assessment based on API 581 2016 edition for pressurized equipment in an offshore platform, which in this case are the equipments that are labeled D-1501 which is a production separator, D-1502 which is a test separator, and D-1503 which is a sour water flash drum. The values of probability of failure are 1.14 × 10 for D-1501, 1,09 × 10-4 for D-1502, and 2,80 × 10-4 for D-1503, while the values of consequence of failure are 34887,06 m 2 for D-1501, 8673,943 m2 for D-1502, and 1809,287m2 for D-1503. Risk ratings in risk matrix are for D-1501 2E, which categorized as mediumhigh risk, while D-1502 and D-1503 are in 2D, which is categorized as medium-low risk. Inspection plan is determined based on the risk of each equipment. On D-1501, inspection is performed in 2 years’ interval, while on D-1502 and D-1503 the inspection is performed in 3 years’ interval, with each equipment undergoes inspection category D for thinning and external damage and category C for SCC. With this plan, the risk in D-1501 would be reduced by 92%, while D-1502 and D-1503 would be reduced as well by 82% if it is compared without any inspections in 10 years’ time from now. text
