Description
Summary:Smart Integrated Parking (SIP) is a system for handling parking access. The product utilizes double verification system which checks both user ID and number plate. The ID is read by the RFID Reader and the number plate is captured by web camera and is recognized by Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) process. It uses embedded system for integrating them and server for storing the histories of transactions. This document explains the design and implementation of some sub-systems such as server and its communication, GUI, double verification system, template training, and coefficient optimization. Subsequently, it emphasizes that all of the sub-system mentioned above could be implemented corresponding with the design and its function. After the coefficient optimization, ANPR gains 85% of success rate to recognize the number plates with clear conditions such as 60-100 cm of optimum distance between camera and the number plate, 300 degrees of vertical and horizontal field of view, 40-3200 lux of light intensity, -250 until 510 tolerance of yaw, 50 tolerance of roll (tilt) and 100 tolerance of pitch.
