This structure is divided into upper structure and sub structure, where the upper structure have to be supported by the lower structure to transfer the load to the soil. There are lot of types of foundation, typically it is classified into shallow and deep foundation where those types of foundation have to fulfill design criteria. Design criteria which be concern are bearing capacity and settlement of foundation which in this case, this foundation stands on site classification of Tanah Lunak (SE). Bearing capacity of the foundation determined by calculating manually with numeric according to Meyerhof and lateral capacity using LPILE software. The configuration defined according the bearing capacity and the condition of the soil, in order that the foundation which is used is bore pile foundation to meet foundation design criteria. Bore pile foundation defined into 3 types of configuration where every pile cap using 1 pile, 2 piles, and 4 piles with typical pile 25 m length and 80 cm diameter for every bore pile. Settlement analysis is done by calculate it with numeric method also using SETTLE 3D software so it can analyze every loads working simultaneously. Settlement analysis also be done by making the model of the foundation and tie beam using SAFE software. This analysis conform SNI 8460:2017 tentang Persyaratan Perancangan Geoteknik and Peraturan Gubernur DKI Jakarta no. 72 tahun 2002 tentang Ketentuan Pelaksanaan Pembangunan. Besides that, foundation design includes reinforcing where it is according to SNI 2847:2013 tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Struktur Beton untuk Bangunan Gedung. The output of this design is going to be a detailed drawings and Bill of Quantity (BoQ), also technical specifications. text
