Project, for construction company lies at the cutting edge of its performance achievement. One of the main determinant component on accessing the achievement of the project’s objective is its ability to manage the materials required as it takes 60%-70% off the total construction cost. Administering accurate and actual information on managing construction materials is one of the key to obtain cost efficient project. Technology is of the instruments that is feasible to be used as a means to improve information accuracy and materials data. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an information system tailored to the project’s requirement so that achievement of project goals and objectives could be obtainable. This magister dissertation proposed an information system design regarding material control in construction project. Specifically, on supporting data control and data integration within the scope of material management in WIKA. The system, as the result will provide an accurate as well as real-time information and report to advise the people who deem it to be necessary, especially the management of the projects in order to accelerate required actions to take place. The main concept of this information system design is to integrate the wholesome data online by taking advantage of Operation system on mobile phone and home computer. From the data related to the process of requesting material to the material usage in construction project. This digitization of data management meant to optimize the accuracy and circulation of information than the conventional method (storing and working in form of physical documents), especially for information in connection with materials. In order to put the information system design into effect, validation of the design was made within the company representatives capable and competence on giving necessary insights and recommendation as well as confirming the applicability of the system design to have it functions efficiently
