The Bandung City Government planned the Gedebage area to become a technology based city and creative industry called Bandung Technopolis. This Bandung Technopolis is held by several stakeholders, one of them is is Summarecon Bandung. In the area owned by Summarecon, a lifestyle center will be built with a land area of 9.9 hectares. Lifestyle center is a shopping center that emphasize on user convenience. The lifestyle center designed with preferred users mostly are the residents and workers in Bandung Teknopolis. The location of the site is in the former ancient lake of Bandung that have soft soil conditions. Those become a consideration of the main issues, supported by global issues regarding global warming and reforestation. Greening and green open areas have a positive influence on user experience, especially on leisure from visitors to the lifestyle center. Therefore the main concept "Design with Nature" was made as the main design idea. Design with Nature is an architectural concept that emphasize on vegetation as design subject and architecture is an inseparable from nature. This lifestyle center total land used area area are 6.3 hectares with built floor area around 57.150 m2 on a site with KDB limit of 70%, KDH 20%, and KLB 2.8.
