Thus it can be said that halal products and services are highly requested and needed for citizens who are Muslim in Indonesia. The halal industry is prospering, both at the domestic and global levels, has revealed encouraging developments in several sectors. For the halal hotel sector, there is an opportunity to a proposed new business that serves the new services based on what customers need. To understand that the researcher will identify the aspects that could influence the customer toward the visit intention of the halal hotel in Bandung. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the customer's attitude, advertising, service quality, the price, the location, and customer satisfaction toward the customer visit intention of the halal hotel, to know the internal and external circumstances of the halal hotel sector through SWOT analysis and TOWS matrix and to proposed a new service development of halal hotel industry to solve current business issue based on customer and business actor's analysis in Bandung and increase awareness of the halal hotel industry. This research applied quantitative and qualitative approach. The questionnaire and interview managed to know the Muslim customer preferences of the halal hotel in Bandung. From the qualitative and quantitative data that have been collected from the customers that interested in the halal hotel, know what kind of halal hotel that might accomplish the customer visit intention through the halal hotel is a halal capsule hotel with named Raha hotel. text
