ABC is a company engaged in bag manufacturing in Bandung. In fulfilling consumer desires, CV. ABC always strives to provide the best quality products and on-time delivery product. One product that has the highest production demand on CV. ABC is seminar bag. In 2018, the seminar bag became the product with the highest demand but became the product that caused the biggest loss for the company. The company experienced a decrease in the profit of Rp. 77.934.000 due to late product delivery. Based on these problems, Current Reality Tree is used to identify the main factors causing delays in product delivery that cause losses to the company. Then it was found that the delay was caused by no procurement plans, no production planning, no standard procedures, no resource management and poor layout facilities. After knowing the main factors causing delays in product delivery, alternative proposed solutions is given. Proposed alternative solutions made are forecasting for main suppliers, selection of new suppliers using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, determination of workers requirements, overtime for workers, improvement of facility layout, design of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), design recruitment and outsorcing process, and combination all alternative solutions. Then, comparison is made between alternative solutions that contain the total reduction in losses and the effectiveness of the solution. The discussion was conducted with CV. ABC to get the best alternative solution. The results of the discussion show that the company choosing the best alternative solution for the short term that will be applied is the addition of the number of workers. The addition of workers can reduce losses by Rp. 37.140.000 with an effectiveness level of 75%.
