Summary:The sewerage system in Kemayoran District is still mixed with the drainage system. A construction of small bore type sewerage and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) system is planned to treat the wastewater in this district. The construction is based on the city masterplan from the government of DKI Jakarta. The sewerage system will use concrete pipe with diameter starting from 200 mm to 1500 mm. This wasteawter management system will serve a total area of 426,49 Ha with 10839.51 m3/day of domestic wastewater. The government provide a plot of land as big as ± 2500 m2. The treatment alternatives, which determined based on their biological treatment, are RBC, Contact – Stabilization, and CMAS. Simple Additive Weighting method with nine parameters is used to choose the best alternative, and CMAS is chosen as the best alternative for this location. The configuration of the chosen alternative is consist of Equalization Basin, CMAS, Secondary Clarifier, Chlorination Basin, Gravity Thickener, and Belt Filter Press. This configuration is based on calculation to fulfill the domestic wastewater effluent standard in Permen LHK No. 68 Tahun 2016. This WWTP is planned to eliminate 95,7% BOD and 47,24% TSS. The sludge generated daily has a dry weight of 463,46 kg with a volume of 2,8 m3.
