Summary: | With increasing development activities in various fields and sectors causing demand for water, both for household, industrial and agricultural needs. According to the RTRW Kota Bandung (2011-2031) known the plan to develop a raw water network system in Cisangkuy River Development. In the RTRW Kabupaten Bandung (2007-2027) known the plan to develop a regional clean water supply system for the Soreang, Margahayu, Margaasih, and Katapang Subdistrict. It is known that the PDAM service network is relatively uneven, especially in the areas of South Bandung and East Bandung (RISPAM, 2015). Responding to this, the Government of West Java Province (2017) appoints PT. Tirta Gemah Ripah as West Java Regional PDAM in implementing Regional Water Supply Systems. Based on RISPAM (2015) the South Bandung Regional SPAM IPA Project is divided into 4 stages of the project. WTP Phase I with 350 lps and WTP Phase II will add 350 lps capacity with raw water sources from the Cisangkuy River and the Cikalong PLTA outflow. WTP Phase III and IV total additional capacity is 700 lpd. The WTP phase II will supply water to two offtakes, there are Bandung Regency offtake with 250 lps planned to serve Katapang, Margaasih, Margahayu, and Soreang Subdistricts and Bandung City offtake with 100 lps planned to serve Bandung Kidul, Bojongloa Kidul , and Kiaracondong Subdistricts. There are nine parameters that must be processed to meet the quality standards of Peraturan Pemerintah Number 82 Year 2001 dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Number 492 Year 2010, they are turbidity, color, BOD, COD, iron, detergent (MBAS), fluoride, fecal coliform and total coliform. By analyzing the parameters that need to be processed against with SNI 7508: 2011 and the JICA prediction model (1990), the selected water treatment process is conventional which includes coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection process. The focus of planning in this final project is coagulation, flocculation and sedimentation units. |
