Description
Summary:Kemayoran District that located in Central Jakarta has 4.52 km2.total area. Drainage in Kemayoran District was designed using 1990 masterplan, but hydrology condition and land use has changed now. Therefore, evaluation and redesign is needed. Based on observation, there are 10 to 50 cm of sediment accumulation and trash accumulation in main drain. The result of analysis hydrology is IDF curve from Van Breen-Talbot rainfall intensity. Evaluation of maindrain capacity indicate that there are eight main drain that have insufficient capacity and two main drain that need sediment removal. Assumption that used in main drain redesign is that all of the zone in Kemayoran District is mananging rainfall based on Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No 11 Tahun 2014. Rational method is used to destermine runoff rate. The range of width of main drain is 1.0-6.5 m and 0.9-3.0 m depth. Moreover, dry swale is designed to to collect runoff only from Jl. Benyamin Sueb and Jl. Industri which dry swale will reduce the runoff by 50%. The dry swale have trapezoidal cross section with 1,2 m bottom width and 2,95 – 3,50 top width.
