Summary:PT. ABC Indonesia (API) is subsidiary of ABC Corporation that focused on oil and gas exploration. The largest and productive oilfield of PT.API is in Rokan Production Sharing Contract (Rokan PSC), the Rokan PSC will be expiring in 2021. Currently, PT API conducting bioremediation operations for several areas in PT.API working area. With the end of the Rokan PSC is nearing, PT.API hopes to complete the remediation works before the contact expires, then the property transfer to GOI or new contractor will be smooth and no liabilities issues in the future. PT.API formed Environment Department composed of several teams, necessary consolidation of reports and accomplishments of all associated teams in the reporting phase of bioremediation operations carried out by PT.API's Environment Team to the Government of Indonesia (GOI), it is related with the right and easy access to the correct correspondent letter and non-correspondent letters. For the time being, the activity is carried out by gathering reports by requesting to the relevant parties directly because the storage of these documents in each team is still very silo. Good and coordinated documentation must be prepared for the property transfer. By doing the discussion, brainstorming and interview with the key user, the root-cause analysis is done with fishbone analysis method. The result is the development of integrated repository is needed. This research gives the general picture of the repository that will be developing to fulfill the criteria and Environment team needs. Those pictures will be consisting of Basis of Design, Business Process Procedure and the chosen system that will be use to applied those design. This research is aim to answer the needed of data and information coordination in Environment department, in terms to have an easy access for final documents of correspondence or non-correspondence documents, and also property transfer with strategy to develop integrated document management system, Environment Document Management System (EDMS).
