Summary: | The creative industry is a realm of professional fields that plays an important role and continues to
be developed in Indonesia today. The development of policies and regulations in the field of
professionalism in the creative industry sector has driven the progress of the local creative industry
business in Indonesia. This development also increases the need for office space to accommodate the
growth of this particular industry. Alam Sutra, a mix-use development area in Tangerang has vacant
land for office space. The surrounding area is relatively developed and adjacent to the capital city of
Jakarta is an ideal location for the construction of office buildings for this creative industrial sector.
The office building design based on activity based working is intended for the creative industry
sector in Indonesia. In addition, building tenants also came from the commercial sector which filled
several retailers. There are three issues affecting design concepts, namely creative stimulant,
connectivity, and community value green and healthy living. Office design focuses on contextual
design, which is to create building designs that stimulate creativity, visual character of buildings that
are appropriate as such, the connectivity and circulation of buildings and building designs that are
environmentally friendly. From this, a basic concept of design was triggered, namely spatial
movement. This design concept goal is to create office designs that provide a diverse space experience
to provide creative stimulants to users, through a variety of space experiences to gather and move,
and biophilia design. The design project uses parametric design approach in exploring form and space
for user experience based on the context of this office. |
