PT. EDN is a contractor company that engaged in infrastructure business in Indonesia. With all passion to support Government’s program which put the Infrastructure as a priority. The company is one of the private company that supply materials in order to support toll road development and raw materials that used in batching plan process. Along with the time, the needs also gain in the toll road development project. In Bogor Ciawi Skabumi toll road (BOCIMI), the owner project offering PT.EDN another project beside the existing project as a supplier material. Another project that offered by the owner project is a cut and fill project. The cut and fill project that will be done in 2020 and estimated contract as much as 18 billion rupiah. Considering the company’s financing also need a bank loan in order to support the project financing then PT. EDN have to do some project evaluation. With all the business analysis strategy, PT.EDN use PESTEL analysis, SWOT analysis and financial indicators. Project evaluation using financial projection needed to determine the feasibility of this business opportunity which is expected profit so that the company not only pays the interest since PT. EDN is a new company. The feasibility of this project will be determined by investment criteria, i.e.: Return on Investment (ROI), return on equity. Therefore the company can determine the project will be corresponding with the company evaluation in financing.
