Summary: | The development of the times along with human needs for something new. All of these have the aim to make it easier for humans to go through their lives. One of them is information technology. This technology is the product of human thought through their lives. On the other hand the development of Information Technology is balanced with the development of threats that attack it. Increasingly, the types of attacks on Information Technology are also increasingly sophisticated. This attack is solely to disrupt the smooth operation of data transactions or to further retrieve certain information. If an attack occurs on a network system, of course it will cause losses for many people. For that we need something that can detect and deal with this attack.
Network monitoring is needed at any time to see if the network is safe. This requires the installation of a Network Monitoring System that continuously looks at network conditions. There are already so many systems that offer this service. But the majority of those who use this service are companies that already have a big enough name. This relates to the price and flexibility offered. For this reason, to reach all groups, from large companies to privately owned network systems, a flexible monitoring system that is competitive in terms of economic value is needed.
Aspects that need to be considered to create a network monitoring system include a database and data visualization. Database means it is concerned with data management and its use, while data visualization covers the user interface and its features. This final project will explain how to select and apply data management and data visualization in a network monitoring system. |
