| 總結: | TPS 3R is one of the infrastructures built in the effort to handle waste in Padang City. At present there are 9 (nine) 3R TPS spread across 8 (eight) districts in Padang City, but they are not actively operating based on the results of the field survey. The purpose of the study was to determine important factors in management and formulate a 3R TPS improvement strategy. The method used is the CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) method for analyzing factors using SPSS and AMOS software. Another method is the SWOT analysis for the formulation of strategies for improving the management of the 3R TPS. The results of processing using SPSS obtained 3 (three) important factors and the results of processing with AMOS obtained 11 variables. Based on the results of IFAS and EFAS calculations in the SWOT analysis, it is obtained that the posture strength value is 0.063 and the competitiveness value of the posture is -0.084. This value lies in quadrant II (S, -T) with a diversified management strategy that strengthens strength and minimizes threats. Diversification strategies used to improve the management of the 3R TPS include improving synergy between the government and the community, paying non-cash waste fees, repairing damaged processing equipment, updating the municipal waste management, and intensifying socialization related to the 3R TPS involving PKK mothers. |
