The corporate strategy changes that follow with the change of organizational structure are the changes that often happen in an IT company. The changes could be triggered from internal or external factors and the goal to a better direction. But frequently in practices, the changes are going to the contrary direction and made contra-productive after the changes are implemented. That the background, an Organizational Project Management (OPM) was conducted in an IT company. The OPM is the right choice because this approach is effectively able to focus the resources on portfolio and program levels to reach the target of a new corporate strategy. This study is used qualitative research methodology by interview nine respondents from high and middle managements as representative of three groups, i.e. Engineering & Delivery, Operation, and Corporate Effectiveness. There are significant findings these grouped into Organization Chart, Talent Management, Collaboration Management, Integrated Process, and Changes Initiate Sources. In discussion subchapter discussed the needs develop an application that is used to monitor implementation of a new corporate strategy changes, the mitigation actions should be taken to eliminate possible issues emerge from the changes, the needs to establish a directorate or a business/working unit to monitor the changes & OPM implementations, and the efforts to retain knowledge that company already have kept inside the company. This study made conclusions by found the readiness indicators the IT company could accept the changes, and mitigation actions should be taken in order to eliminate the risks that possibly emerged while implementing corporate strategy changes i.e. define & split corporate strategy becomes long-term and short-term strategies, implement Organizational Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Collaboration Management. And give some recommendation these packaging in OPM initiatives implementation i.e. establish a Program Management Office (PgMO), redefine the corporate strategy into long-term and short-term strategies, defines and remaps the jobs and responsibility, develop the systems to monitor the achievement of corporate strategy target, and simplify the process finding employees information, and recommendation to implement internal charger in order collaboration activities could be performed professionally. text
