The Innovation technology has affected many business processes from production until consumption. Music Industry has become one of the industries that changed with the innovation of technology. In this paper, the research is more on the innovation in technology that impacts the music industry process chain from production, reproduction, distribution, and consumption. That process has different impact level that depends on the technology innovation advance level on each chain process. Each chain process would be examined and analysed to meet with their strategies that could be applied in the music industry in Indonesia as part of the strategy recommendation for the musicians. The innovation of technology in the music industry has opened many opportunities for its actors include musician to be able to manage each chain process more effectively, but on the other hand also give a new challenge for the previous actor or musician who not able accommodates with the innovation technology development and even create a disruption into their business process.
