The impact of digital transformation with significant business changes can be an opportunity for ICT (Information Communication Technology) service providers to create new sustainable business models. The purpose of this research is to identify industry trends in the ICT field and the need for business strategy proposals for Metrodata Electronics, how to make business according to the wishes of customers and be able to compete with competitors. This research uses qualitative methods through interviews with the management of Metrodata Electronics and customers, as well as business partners related to the company's operations. As an ICT (Information Communication and Technology) service provider and agent distributor for various manufacturers, from ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), e-commerce, software, hardware to consulting, companies need to understand the desires of customers as service users and identify the most suitable services for the digital era in the future. The digital transformation that is happening now is the right time for Metrodata Electronics to create a business strategy to gain benefit. The new business model will enable companies to make value-added ICT services based on technological excellence. text |
