Description
Summary:Poncol Drinking Water Treatment Plant (WTP) is one of the water treatment plants of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi. Poncol IPAM consists of 4 WTP units with a total running capacity of 414 l / s with the raw water used coming from the West Tarum River. Until May 2018 WTP Poncol served six urban villages located in three sub-districts in Bekasi City with a percentage of service coverage of 36.22% to 6 sub-districts it served and the percentage of total services achieved by PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi to Bekasi City administrative area of 24.74%. The low service percentage of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi underlies the need for increased production capacity. Based on the results of laboratory testing of raw water, there are 10 parameters that must be processed, namely turbidity, color, BOD, COD, ammonia, cadmium, iron, manganese, H2S and fecal coliform. Based on the calculation of population projections and projections of drinking water in the service area for a period of 20 years of planning, an additional debit of 558 l / s is needed. Through weighting using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the selected units use prasedimentation, coagulation aeration, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration and disinfection. The location of the additional installation design is 400 meters from the existing installation on vacant land with relatively flat topography. The total costs needed to increase Poncol's IPAM capacity include Rp29,626,420,000.00 for the first period, and Rp29,509,670,000.00 for the second period
