This apartment project is located in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD City) which is close to the BSD City CBD with an area of around 2 ha. This apartment is expected to increase the quality of life of its residents for the better. Targeted middle-up class residents. In Indonesia, apartments are still a commodity, owned only because of economic value. Many developers don't pay attention to the design of their apartment units, just for the sake of profit. Even though in reality, an apartment is a residence that is a part of the community. This apartment has the concept of humanizing humans with the basic concept of "Socializing Human Activity Through Biophilic Design". The concept was applied to zoning and massing buildings. text
