The company was established in 2014 and focus on the Property Developer industry, developing Apartment, Office Tower, Landed Housing in Indonesia. Organizational culture is one of the essential factors in determining success in achieving company goals. Based on observation there are some issue found in human resource at PT Waskita Karya Realty such as misunderstanding between superior and subordinate that can impacting their working performance. Researchers assume that organizational culture can influence habits, and those in need. The purpose of this study is to provide a cultural recommendation that is in line with the expectations of all employees. The research methodology used is quantitative data by distributing questionnaires using Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) to the employees of PT. Waskita Karya Realty. The result shows that PT. Waskita Karya Realty is currently a cultural Hierarchy with Clan as the lowest culture. PT. Waskita Karya Realty is determined by a culture that is designed with a structured place and follows the formal rules of the company. The people in it want an organization that is efficient, stable, controlled, and prioritizes low costs for production activities. For the next three years, the organization is asking for a culture that is replaced by Clan culture by reducing the cultural hierarchy which is currently enlarging in the company. They support the culture with a family, open, loyal, have a great trust in each other, agree in every activity. From the results of research conducted, PT. Waskita Karya Realty can conduct using bottom up approach, change leadership style, and making personal transformation coaching for leaders. This aims to improve internal capability in PT. Waskita Karya Realty. text
