Summary:Leadership is organizational focus with unlimited update and study. Leadership competencies present each company unique value of leadership behavior. Danone Indonesia is market leading company in their product category, beverages and nutrition. Supported by 15000 employees, Danone Indonesia build their own leadership competencies based on the company value. CODES Focus is mandatory behavior in Danone’s leader which are consist of Human Centric, Inclusive and Capabilities, Agility, Accountable and Decisive, also Courageous with Empathy. CODES Focus behavior are expected to be embed in Danone Leader behavior. This research piloting Research and Innovation Managers as represent of Danone leader. The purpose of CODES Focus assessment to understand leadership behavior in Danone Leader, especially R&I team. CODES Focus assessment result is collected from 25 participants, 5 R&I Managers and 20 Stakeholders. Each participant must judge 20 shown behavior and write mini essay to elaborate their experience as stakeholder. Based on the assessment, it found that there is slight gap in between Internal R&I Manager judgement and stakeholder’s judgement. Both of Internal R&I Manager and Stakeholders agree that R&I team has shown the behavior of agility, accountable and decisive, also courageous with empathy. However, Internal R&I Manager and Stakeholder have different opinion when it comes to judgement of human centric behavior and inclusive behavior.
