| Summary: | This study aims to find out analyzing the problems found in compressed natural gas shipments due to criticism from customers. in state companies engaged in gas trading. The data used is obtained from internal company data. The analytical method used is qualitative. This research is supported by interviews with 4 parties from related companies for this project. The results of this study indicate that the problem lies in the late delivery of CNG due to the absence of a supply point in Central Java, so the supply point used is East Java which has great distances. Losses experienced both in terms of suppliers and customers. This research is used to find out the root of the problem and make innovations to overcome the existing problems. This research also shows that the transportation of compressed natural gas using trains has a certainty in CNG delivery and a high profitability value will encourage companies to develop their businesses better. |
