It will aid and support PT PII to face business issues that they are facing currently specially the external factors. The final project starts with the overview or the history of the company. This part discusses on the foundations of the company, their objectives and visions, and scope of business and work. Also, in the overview section the paper briefly explains the industry they are in which is national infrastructure. Moreover, the paper examines on how the implementation of public private partnership. It is part of the framework to know the difficulties that might happen when implementing the partnership between a business entity and public sector. There are external and internal forces which could affect the business activities of a company. The final project provides the external business issues that have big effects on PT.PII. The external factors are such as the political issues where the firm is operating based on government policies. The paper puts some framework as the scope of boundary for discussing the business issues such as the The Five A’s Analysis, Public Private Partnership Model, and Industry Value Chain Analysis. Those frameworks will help the readers to understand on how certain external factors might give either benefits or disadvantages for PT.PII. The report presents a primary research in form of formal interview with the representatives from Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahaan Rakyat and regional government from East java and Bali. The objectives of the interview are to clarify whether some business issues that PT.PII is currently facing are true and have significant impact. The next section is the business analysis, where it has the objectives to know on why certain issues or problems occur and what causes them. The final part of the project is the solutions on how to face those problems and overcome them. Moreover, the paper has provided on how and when to implement on the solutions for the problem. text
