Description
Summary:Technoplex Living Apartment is the first vertical occupancy in the Telkom University education complex. This apartment was developed for student housing with an integrated concept (One Stop Living). This building has 20 floors and 2 basements. To support the needs of its residents, this building is equipped with clean water, waste water and vent plumbing systems. The plumbing system is provided to meet the sanitation needs of its residents to create a healthy environment. With the number of floors reaching 20 floors and each floor there are many occupants, this indicates high water requirements. Not only high water requirements but also very high waste water generation. This must be faced by building management. The need for clean water needed for this apartment building reached 234.4 m3 / day. Because it reaches relatively high water requirements, using a Hybrid system, greywater will be mixed with rain water to supply water for flushing and gardening. The effort to use waste water is one of the solutions to save water needs with the Green Building concept. By using the concept of greywater reuse, building managers have been able to save on the cost of purchasing clean water to reach Rp. 1,600,000 per day. In addition, the use of the green building concept will answer water needs in the future
