PRE-PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR HARDWARE TOOLS OF IOT-BASED BLOOD SUGAR MONITORING LEVELS WITH NEAR INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY METHOD

Diabetes mellitus is chronic disease with abnormal blood count as a primary symptoms. Diabetes can be caused by the body’s autoimmune response which breaks down the pancreatic beta cells so that it cannot produce insulin. Diabetes can be caused by the body’s autoimmune response which breaks down the pancreatic beta cells so that it cannot produce insulin. Besides, it can be caused by pancreatic beta cell dysfunction, which is used for insulin hormone secretion, insulin resistance secretion, and usually caused by dietary habit and patient weight. For patients with DM2, a healthy lifestyle, control of blood glucose levels, oral medications (metmorphine), insulin injection, routine checks can improve the quality of life of patients. At this time, Diabetic patient still using the conventional device which using Invasive method, so that compilation can caused the skin tissue in the fingers get infected or injury due to continuous pricking. Then from a financial perspective, the Invasive method costs a lot to buy reagents that are used to measure calcium levels of funds continuously. Therefore, an iron level monitoring tool is needed that can be used by users easily, comfortably, safely and has an economical price. In this final project, a non-invasive blood level monitoring tool will be made using infrared spectroscopy. The analog circuit of this tool becomes two parts, the Receiver and Transmitter circuit. The receiver circuit consists of LEDs with a wavelength of 940nm and the receiver circuit consists of a photodiode, amplifier circuit and a filter circuit. LEDs that emit beams to the fingers will be caught by light absorbance by photodiodes. The absorbance results from the photodiode will display PPG signals containing systole diastole and frequency in the range of 0.74.8 Hz. text
