PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia State-owned companies (SOE) in Indonesia involved in services and telecommunications networks for information and communication technology (ICT). This company has vision to be the king of digital in region. One step to support the Company's Vision and Mission, Telkom has formed a new unit, DDS (Divisi Digital Service). In the digital service division (DDS) there are several units under this division, one of them is Infrastructure Assurance (IAS). Delay in testing will have the effect of decreasing customer satisfaction with services provided by the IAS, and will also have an impact on IAS performance. Decreasing number of customer satisfaction with the services provided is reflected in the results of customer satisfaction surveys. This research aims to design new performance management system that can translate company’s vision and create a clear task and responsibility of each element to fulfil the needs of stakeholder. IPMS framework selected to solve this problem because this framework can align the company’s vision, and mission into strategy and will lead into action plan considering to the needs of stakeholder. This research proposed the new performance management system for IAS with 11 KPI (Key Performance Indicators) that appropriate with the company’s vision, mission, and strategy. text
