Summary: | Citarik dam is located in Cimanggung Sub-district, Sumedang District, West Java Province. The purpose of this dam is to fulfill domestic’s water requirements. There is spillway on this dam to release flood-water flow. The height of its main dam is 27 m. The volume of its reservoir is 395.869,14 m3 on Flood Water Level, 211.208,9 m3 on Normal Water Level, and also has 12.190,2 m3 dead-storage for 20 years of service life, therefore the effective volume of the reservoir is 184.127,801 m3. Those amount of water is able to fulfill water requirements for 2 villages which is Tegalmanggung and Sindulang. Spillway is designed to discharge 0,5 PMP flood water flow with 124,78 m3/s. The method of frequency analysis that used on this project is Log Pearson III, while the flood discharge using ITB-2 method. The type of this spillway is side spillway with ogee type of crest. Total length of this spillway is 206,3 m. There is also a model of water flow through the channel using Hec-Ras. The stability of spillway, gravity wall and slope are also analyzed. The amount of budget plan for this spillway construction is Rp. 46.710.991.483,-
