Currently Indonesia has made HSBGN based on differences in unit prices and workers' wages in various cities in Indonesia. However, it has not been adjusted to the needs of structures that are adapted to the location and structural design standards that will be released soon. Therefore, from this study the authors make and compare Model 1 (2018 HSBGN), Model 2 (HSBGN based on current structural design standards), and Model 3 (HSBGN based on renewal of structural design standards to be launched soon). In Model 2 and Model 3 grouped into three regions namely Region A (areas with high earthquake loads), Region B (areas with moderate earthquake loads), and Regions C (areas with low earthquake loads). The results of this study indicate that the HSBGN values in Model 2 and Model 3 in each region are higher than Model 1 (HSBGN 2018), which indicates that Model 1 construction has not compared earthquake loading well. The different values of Regions A, Region B, and Region C also indicate different structural requirements in Indonesia so that the volume of work cannot be generalized, especially in reinforcement work. The value in Model 3 also shows an increase from Model 2, so changes in structural design standards make costs increase from the previous standard. text
