According to research, the city of Jakarta has experienced a land subsidence of 3-10 cm per year. Land subsidence has a negative impact indirectly which is affecting the land value and property value as well as disruption of economic activity in the region that experiences it. Land is a limited amount of resources, therefore, land can be called an economic object which has value and price. From land subsidence phenomenon, it is interesting to examine whether there is a relationship between land subsidence and land value in Jakarta. Research on land subsidence was obtained from GPS observations data and for land value data obtained from the data of the Tax Object Selling Value (NJOP) of DKI Jakarta. In finding the relationship between land subsidence and land value, spatial analysis is used which refers to several parameters that affect land values, namely economic, social, physical, and government policies. Land values from 2017 to 2018 for the DKI Jakarta region have not decreased, so the classification of the land value and the percentage of land value for each sub-district are seen. The classification of land values is chosen and the percentage increase in land value which includes extremely below average and below average makes it easy to make a correlation with a significant subsidence, this will make it easier to see the correlation. Land subsidence also causes tidal floods which will be used as an additional spatial analysis of land values. From the results obtained, not all sub-district that experience land subsidence have land values and its percentage that are below average, some factors that influence land value dominantly are social, environmental and economic factors. text
