Description
Summary:Transfer Depo of Suci is one of the transfer depo in Kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul with service areas covering 31 RWs which are spread in Kelurahan Sukapada, Kelurahan Padasuka, and Kelurahan Neglasari. The waste generation that produces every day from population activities reaches 0,222 kg/person/day or 1,29 litres/person/day. The TD Suci area that planned to be built into TPS 3R is 869,64 m2. In this design, TPS 3R is designed to serve all RW in Kelurahan Sukapada and Kelurahan Padasuka. Due to limited population data provided by Kelurahan Neglasari. The change can be done because there are other transfer stations that can accommodate waste generation produced. TPS 3R will serve around 34.643 peoples in 2019 with the waste generation of 52,202 m3/day. To manage all of the input waste, the TPS 3R is built with two-level with the upper floor consist of the tipping floor, waste sorting facility, residual and special waste storage. Whereas the lower floor consists of the organic waste treatment facility and storage area of recoverable materials. Sorting waste is done by the manual system. Inorganic waste that has economic value is separated according to its type, while organic waste will be composted using the windrow composting method. Special waste and residual waste are put in containers to be transported to the Sarimukti landfill. This design is carried out until 2031. The NPV value obtained from the TPS 3R design is negative, that is –Rp11.651.884.337 so that retribution assistance from citizens is still required at a minimum of Rp3.800.
